International Observatory on Poverty Eradication and Human Rights
The Francisco de Vitoria Institute for International and European Studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid created this space to sustain research on poverty and human rights, in collaboration with CEIB at Rey Juan Carlos University.
Areas of work
- Produce rigorous, up-to-date information on the causes, dimensions and drivers of poverty.
- Gather data for analysing poverty at global, regional and national levels.
- Raise awareness of the mandate’s objectives and promote social policy, innovation and international cooperation.
- Build networks across academia, early-career researchers, public institutions and civil society.
- Promote seminars, publications and international conferences.
Centre for Research in Ibero-American Studies
This website was launched with the collaboration of CEIB at Rey Juan Carlos University, a centre devoted to research, education and cooperation across the Ibero-American space.
